To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• Across Back:
  Measurement from one shoulder seam to the other across the back of the body. To estimate this, you can measure from the edge of one shoulder where it meets your arm, across the back, to the edge of the other shoulder.
• Bust:
  The measurement is taken around the fullest part of the chest. Since you already have the chest measurement, which is around the fullest part of the chest, the bust measurement will likely be the same or slightly larger than the chest measurement.
• Around Arm:
  The measurement is taken around the fullest part of your upper arm. To estimate this, you can measure around your upper arm where it is fullest, typically around the bicep area.
• Waist :
  Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
• Hips :
  Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.
